Growth within a community:<\/span><\/h2>\n

From the very beginning of the Focolare Movement, it was understood that <\/span>the whole community should be involved<\/b><\/span>,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>in the formation of young people. The community is a \u201cfamily\u201d composed of persons of all ages who enrich one another through their interactions and shared lifestyle.<\/p>\n

There are many beautiful examples worldwide of persons within Focolare communities who have taken upon themselves the \u201csufferings\u201d and \u201cdifficulties\u201d of the children around them, demonstrating that Jesus\u2019 words are alive and valid for us today too:\u00a0 \u201cLet the children come to me \u201c(Mt 19:14).<\/span><\/p>\n

Educators:<\/span><\/h2>\n

In the local Focolare communities, there is need of persons who are specifically dedicated to the very delicate task of guiding children and being more directly involved in their life journey. These persons carry out programs and activities both for the Gen 4 and also for all the other children who participate in various activities of the Movement.<\/p>\n

These educators \u2013 called Gen 4 \u201cassistants\u201d – are persons living the Focolare spirituality and are entrusted with the formation of children.<\/p>\n
