It\u2019s a treasure that\u2019s near to us,\u00a0<\/strong>each person we meet<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Aims and contents<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the second stage, with the answers of Chiara and episodes of the Gospel to help us, our aim will be to discover who our \u201cneighbours\u201d are and how can we love them. Pay attention to those who pass us by and what they may need (like Chiara did during the war or like the Good Samaritan). Let\u2019s try to be \u201ctrue\u201d friends like those people who took the paralysed man to Jesus and they didn\u2019t give up when faced with a difficulty, or the first focolarine who helped people in need to reach the air-raid shelter.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs you love yourself\u201d, will help us better understand what the person next to us might need (our \u201cneighbour\u201d). We will understand better what we already started in the previous stage: the discovery that by loving our neighbour we love Jesus: \u201cLove Jesus in the other\u201d!<\/p>\n

Holy Scripture:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Episode of the Good Samaritan. This helps us understand what Jesus means with \u201clove your neighbour\u201d (attachment 2)<\/span><\/u><\/strong>;<\/p>\n

– Episode of the healing of the paralysed man, where the important thing is the help of friends who take the sick person to Jesus \u2013 therefore they become \u201cneighbours\u201d \u2013 they don\u2019t give up until they find a solution so that they can meet. (attachment 3)<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>Other material:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sometimes we know or we find ourselves with people who are different from us and we don\u2019t always understand how to make friends with them. Let\u2019s try not \u201cto give up\u201d and try to discover together how to become \u201cfriends\u201d or even how to help them in what they may need<\/p>\n
