Window onto the world

A space to host international contributions: dances, songs in the original language, fairy tales, legends, unusual items, even musical games or magic tricks! A chance to experience the planetary family dimension that has always characterised the life of the Focolare Movement and which is also a fundamental point for the new generations.

For many years it has been possible to give even the youngest children a truly international experience: from 1988 to 2014, International Congresses were held in Castel Gandolfo (Rome, Italy), bringing together several hundred boys and girls from countries of the five continents.

Over the years, the Gen 4 have come to know and experience the beauty of being one family spread all over the world: twinning cities or countries, meetings via zoom, exchanging news, experiences, and sharing needs.

In June 2022, the first global online event (Global Meeting Kids Gen4) also took place, which was attended by many children from all over the world. The first articles you will find on this page were produced for that very occasion!
